Pre-K Registration

Lavaca School District Pre-K will hold registration on Tuesday, April 18 from 1:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. in the Elementary School computer lab.  In order to attend the ABC Pre-K program children must be 3 or 4 on or before August 1, 2017.  Please bring with you the child’s birth certificate, immunization record, well child physical, and social security card.   Our Pre-K program is income based, so we must have one month’s income documentation for each adult living in the household with the child.  If you have no income, please bring a notarized statement with this information.  For questions call Amy Turner or Sam Slott at 479-674-5613.
